1、Project Content and Scale: Producing 150000 km different kind of electric wire and cable per year;

2、Project Construction Condition and Earlier Period Work: The city electric wire and cable factory started in 1969. It located at No. 19, Caichi Road, Leiyang city, Hunan, China. Leiyang Electric Wire and Cable Factory is one of the specified and fixed companies in production of wire and cable, which definite by Hunan Chamber of Machinery Industry. A series of products, “Feng Chu”，produced by the factory has passed through the national certification about compulsory product,“3C”, in 2003. It is also admitted as an exemption product for Hunan networking. It is proposed to buy 300 mu lands for expanding production.
